Michael Arthur, CEO
As CEO of Staff America, Mike Arthur brings a wealth of
knowledge and industry credibility to the table. He began
his work with IT staffing firms and their elite clientele in
1983 and started on the road to entrepreneurship in 1999. Mike initially purchased Staff America, Inc. with
headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana from its founder in
2011. Mike began the new part of his business journey taking
an existing nurse staffing company in Indiana and coupling
it with his background expertise in a variety of areas and
Staff America as it appears today was born.
Mike can
call some of the industry's largest IT firms as his past
employers. He truly learned from the best: Cap Gemini
America and Compuware are only 2 staffing firms where he had
responsibility for such clients as CompuServe, AOL, Bank
One, Cendant Corp and IBM. Additionally, Mike has led many
projects in IT in the US and overseas. He personally, and as
a team leader, has developed software and functioned as
project manager and program manager for high profile
opportunities within Fortune 100 companies both in the US
and internationally. Mike earned his certification in
Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
After cutting his teeth on the highly accredited firms,
Mike set out to found his own companies using what he had
learned as the foundation to success. Mike has owned,
operated and been an advisor to many staffing and executive
search firms, thus giving substance to his new approach of
combined disciplines. Mike's depth of knowledge in
non-medical staffing and recruiting has driven him to expand
Staff America Medical adding a division focusing on IT,
finance, administrative and industrial consulting, temp
staffing, temp to hire and direct hire recruiting.
Margaret Renaud
Director of Operations
Margaret Renaud brings over eighteen years of experience in
staffing and recruiting management to Staff America as the
Director of Operations. Margaret’s passion for creating an
employee-centric culture that drives performance and
retention along with developing first in class talent
acquisition strategies will bring Staff America to the next
level in growth. This expertise will not just benefit Staff
America internally but our clients and Field Staff alike.
Before joining Staff America, Margaret worked in a
variety of roles including Branch Manager, Operations
Manager, Area Business Development Manager and Vice
President of Staffing. Her focus has been and will continue
to be: building business relationships; hiring and training
internal staff; enhancing Staff America’s proprietary field
staff recruitment process; growing the current FEMA disaster
relief program; and opening additional offices across the
US.
Because Margaret has also worked within the
corporate recruiting role, she understands the hiring
parameters from her prospective clients.
Margaret’s
experience lends itself to volume recruiting that requires
continuous candidate pipelines as well as individualized
staffing.
Margaret and Staff America are longtime
members of the American Staffing Association. Through the
ASA, Margaret achieved designations as a staffing and
technical staffing professional.

PAT TILL
Office Administrator
Pat Till is what we call "the needle that sews it all together". Pat came to Staff America with over 16 years working in the staffing industry in administration. Prior to that she had an extensive background in banking, accounting, client relations.
When our clients or field staff have needs regarding payroll process, onboarding, time and attendance, Pat is the person we all go to.
There is not anything in this office that Pat does not keep track of. When calling into Staff America, be sure to give a shout out to Pat. Need information, she will have it or can find it.
